GNM Nursing Students

Course Overview

  • Duration: 3 years, followed by a 6-month internship.
  • Total Intake: 60
  • Affiliation: INC, WBNC
  • Mode: Full Time, Residential
  • Examination Pattern: Yearly
  • Days: Monday-Friday (9 AM to 5 PM) and Saturday (9 AM to 1 PM)

Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidate’s age must be at least 17 (Seventeen) years as on the academic year of that session.
  • Must have passed the "10+2" examination (passed in both Theory & Practical separately) from any recognized Board with at least 40% marks in aggregate.
  • Must have passed in English with at least 40% marks in the "10+2" examination.
  • Candidates passing 10+2 in a Vocational Stream must be from one of the following disciplines: Health Care Science, Agriculture, or Home Science.
  • Candidate must be a citizen of India and a resident of West Bengal for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Candidates must be medically fit for the course and must produce a Medical Fitness Certificate as per the format provided by WBJEEB.

Please submit the **original and a Xerox copy of both sides** of the following documents at the time of admission.

  • Seat Allotment Letter
  • Age Proof Certificate (Madhyamik Admit Card)
  • Marksheet & Certificate of Class X & 10+2
  • School Leaving Certificate
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Medical Fitness Certificate signed by Registered Medical Officer (with all Original reports)
  • 10 passport-sized photos
